Tokyo Sake Country
A private drive into western Tokyo, built around a reserved English brewery tour at Ishikawa Brewery in Fussa, lunch and time to browse.
Proposed itinerary · Enquire for availability and a confirmed quote. No instant booking or payment.
This is a proposed day for people who want to understand sake where it is made. We check the brewery’s English-tour availability first, then work backwards to your Tokyo pickup and a comfortable return. The day is built around one brewery, rather than a rushed tasting circuit.
Ishikawa’s own English tour lasts about ninety minutes and requires an advance reservation. Its published booking guidance asks for at least five days’ notice and lists Tuesdays as a regular closure. A Sidetrack enquiry does not reserve that slot. We confirm the visit and its language before you commit.
The shape of the day
